电能表应该怎么选择?出现故障怎么解决?

  电度表又叫做电能表、火表,是用来测量电能消耗量和消耗速度的仪表。电能表已有超过100年的历史。从感应式电能表到电子式电能表,进入21世纪后,更是进入了智能电能表时代。智能电能表除了具有电力客户和电力公司电能计量计费的传统功能之外,也是用电信息沟通和供电服务交互的有效工具,是智能电网和智能用电的基础。在外面选择使用电能表的时候,要更加看重实用性和功能性。下面小编来介绍一下电能表应该怎么选择?出现故障怎么解决?

  一.选用电能表,具体要考虑哪些因素呢?

  1、环境气候特征,我们国家幅员辽阔,东南西北气候条件大不相同。所以,在我们选购电能表时,首先要考虑它的使用地点和使用环境,最高温度、最低温度、相对湿度、海拔高度等等,超出了使用范围,电能表就不能正常工作,或者说计量精度就会大打折扣。

  2、工作电压和工作电流,一般家庭用电,电压就是交流220V、频率是50Hz,电流要按照使用的具体情况来确定。假如是一台集中空调,功率是5kW,电流大约是22.5A,那么,我们选择电能表的电流最小也要25A。如果是住宅,可以按照60-80W/平米估算,100平米的房子,功率大约就是6-8kW,电流大约是27A-36A。

       二.电能表出现故障怎么解决?

  1.接线盒内出现烧焦糊味

  解决方法:表盘下端的胶木接线盒内产生烧焦糊味,主要有两方面的原因:

  ①在安装或更换电路导线时,盒内的固定螺丝未拧紧,当电器用电负荷增大时,螺丝住因接触不良发热,烧坏胶木盒并伴发焦糊味。解决的方法很简单,取下胶木接线盖后拉下总闸刀,将电源导线全部拆下,重新用刀将线头残留物刮干净,装入接线柱内,拧紧全部螺丝即可排除故障。

  ②从室内接到电表的导线质量差,引起铜柱与导线间产生氧化层(特别是安装在环境潮湿,不通风处的电能表容易产生此类问题),从而增大电阻值使接触点发热而损坏接线盒。这时应彻底清除接线盒内的油污及时更换导线。有时当用电设备超过电表实际电流值时,不仅接线盒会损坏,电表也有可能被强电流击毁,所以当发现表的额定电流与实际所用的电器的负荷相差很大时,应错开使用时间或更换电表,以防电表被击毁或发生电气火灾。

  2.空载时自行转动

  解决方法:电表在空载时会自行转动即住宅内的所有用电设备及照明灯具都未使用,而表的铝盘仍在转动或慢慢运行。一般来说,当电源电压为额定值的80%~110%时,电表铝盘的转动不会超过1圈属于正常范围(即转盘顺时针方向转动一圈),但若铝盘微微转动不止,则说明电表线路有漏电存在,应请电工检查处理。如果没有漏电存在,就是电表自身的故障,应及时送电力部门检修或换新表。

  3.运行时产生吱吱响声

  解决方法:电能表在运行时,有轻微的嗡嗡声,属于正常现象。但如果表内产生不规则的杂乱吱吱响声,则是表内部的某些配件老化、电磁场部分元件松动或转动齿轮缺油等原因所引起。应送电力部门检验并更换易损配件。有时,电表严重超负荷运行,也会产生不规则的响声,应及时关闭部分电源,以防损坏电表。
